Favoriting, reordering, and hiding CaseView pages

This feature enables you to favorite case view pages, reorder favorited navigation jump links, and hide them from the most used links.

This feature is only permitted on a per-user basis.

Favoriting Case View Page

Favoriting a case view page is possible with a star icon as shown in the below example.

You can either favorite a case view page by clicking on the star icon or by dragging and dropping the selected case view page to the dotted line box that appears just below the hidden section when you drag a navigation link.

All the favorited navigation jump links appear on the top of the left-hand sidebar.

Unfavoriting a navigation link

You can unfavorite a navigation link by clicking on the shaded star icon from the main section.

Reordering Favorited navigation link

You can re-order the favorited navigation jump links and the order is remembered for all other cases including for new cases. This is done by dragging and dropping a navigation link to the required position.

Hiding a navigation link

Navigation links can be hidden from the rest of the side links by dragging the selected one to the dotted line box that appears just below the hidden section when you drag a navigation link. You can show them again by clicking on the eye icon (per page) in the hidden section.

Case view pages can either be favorited or hidden and not both
