Interaction

This page controls access for other ClariNet LS clients to you and your information. It also allows you to specify the ClariNet LS clients and CRM entities to which you wish to send Cases through ClariNet LS’s Bid Management function.

To access the page select Interaction from the Admin menu.

There are three tabs:

Privacy

The Privacy tab has several checkboxes. These are “global” settings and affect the degree to which all ClariNet LS clients can view your information and send Cases to you:

Access

The Access tab carries out a similar function to the Privacy tab, but allows for discrete settings for each Client with which you want to interact.

  1. Click the Add icon to add Access Permissions for a new ClariNet LS Client:

  2. Enter the Client name and the email address associated with the Client Administrator at that Client (you will need to contact the other Client to obtain this information).

  3. The Granted column details the permissions that you wish to grant to the other Client. The Received column details the permissions that you wish the other Client to grant to you. Both columns adapt to suit the permissions you have enabled on the Privacy tab; in the example above, as Allow all ClariNet Subscribers to see my Subscriber Profile is checked on the Privacy tab, the Profile permission is already shown as Granted.

  4. Check the boxes under the Granted column for the Permissions you wish to grant and check the boxes under the Received column for the Permissions you wish to receive from the other Subscriber.

  5. Click OK to grant the Permissions and make the request.

Bidding and Closing

The Bidding and Closing tab contains options related to Bid Management.

External Case Recipients

This table contains the default list of External Case Recipients which appear in the Sent Transactions section of the Bid Management page. Click the Add icon to add a CRM Organization to this list, create a unique password for that entity to use when receiving Cases from you and select one or more email addresses to receive Case submission notifications.

Permitted External Case Interaction Roles

These checkboxes define which CRM Organizations can receive Cases from you, by limiting which Roles appear in the dropdown list when adding a new External Case Recipient on the Bid Management page. For example, you may wish to uncheck boxes for any Roles which are specific to Servicing, such as Health Status Contact, Healthcare Provider, Carrier and State Official.

ClariNet LS Case Recipients

This table contains the list of ClariNet LS Subscribers which appear in the Sent Transactions section on the Bid Management page. Click the Add icon to add a ClariNet LS Subscriber to this list.

You can only add a ClariNet LS Subscriber if their Privacy and/or Access settings permit you to send Cases to them.

Custom Bidding Status

This table contains a list of Custom Bidding Status descriptions that you can allocate to a Bidding Transaction on the Bid Management page. These descriptions are specific to your Subscriber and are not shared with any other party, including ClariNet LS Case Recipients and External Case Recipients.

Bid Conditions Defaults

These default values for Bid Conditions appear when you select Bid Conditions on a Received Transaction. You can override these default settings before submitting a Bid.

Bidding, Offer Letter Templates

You can create a standard form offer letter for Received Transactions which can be automatically populated from Case data held in ClariNet LS. For details on how to construct a standard form offer letter using ClariNet LS’s Building Blocks template, please review Document Templates.

Transactions

The checkbox in this section determines whether a Bid Approver must confirm bids before submission to another ClariNet LS Subscriber. If this is checked, a User with the Bid Approver role must approve a bid before it is submitted.

This only applies to a Received Transaction with another ClariNet LS Subscriber as the counterparty.

The Who does Case Closing by default? dropdown determines which entity controls the Closing Transaction (for Bidding Transactions between two ClariNet LS Clients). This includes starting the Closing Transaction and progressing it through the various stages.
