Security Details

The Change Security Details page, available under the User menu, allows a user to edit various details.

Firstly, you need to confirm your password.

Change Password

To change your password:

• Type a new password and confirm the same.
• Click SAVE.

Password validation is performed based on these rules.

• Passwords cannot contain a username or email address.
• Password must contain at least 6 characters and both letters and numbers are required(1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number).
• Lockout is after 3 failed attempts.

Switch Multi-Factor Authentication on/off

Assuming company-wide MFA has not been enabled, a user can switch on/off MFA for their own account using the ENABLE/DISABLE MFA button.

Company-wide MFA can be enforced (only by a System Administrator) by turning on Multi-Factor Authentication via the Users page available under the Admin menu.
