RDB Passthrough

This field records the situation where the RDB arises as a result of a previous policy sale, to record the fact that the new owner is "passing through" the RDB from a contract executed with a previous owner.

Loan Pricing

In the illustration there are these three settings:

• Pay Ongoing Loan Interest: the illustration shows the AV/CSV, etc. based on the assumption that loan interest is paid each month(*).
• Pay Loan Interest Annually: the loan interest is paid annually, not monthly as stated above.
• Premium Includes Interest Paid: The premium amount stated includes loan interest. If this is false, we assume a separate payment is made of loan interest. If this box is true, the actual premium will be assumed to be the stated amount minus the loan interest due.
